The Community Organization of Vietnamese Students in New York serves as a vibrant hub for Vietnamese students in the city. Through cultural events, educational workshops, and social gatherings, it fosters a sense of unity and belonging among its members. By providing a platform for networking and collaboration, it empowers Vietnamese students to thrive academically, professionally, and culturally in New York.
First of all, VNNY needs a refresh of their office publications to facilitate communication, with 3 criteria set: Asian, polite and simple.
VNNY Logo
Regarding the logo, we have chosen to feature a conical hat - a cultural icon of Vietnam - combined with the American Flag. Our aim is to symbolize unity and solidarity among students while preserving the distinctive color of the conical hat. This design reflects our commitment to celebrating both Vietnamese heritage and American identity within our community. Through this logo, we aspire to foster a sense of belonging and pride among Vietnamese students in New York City.
VNNY Stationery
Based on the significance of the logo, we proceeded to develop a suite of office publications aimed at further honoring the essence of the VNNY logo. These publications will encapsulate the spirit of solidarity and cultural fusion represented by the conical hat merged with the American flag.
